Privacy Policy

ARGANI asks for as little about you as it can, uses it only to bring you your order and, if you wish it, our letter, and never sells it. This policy explains what we keep, why, for how long, and how to have it changed or erased.

Who we are

What we collect

• Your order: your name, delivery address and mobile number, the pieces you choose, and any notes you add.
• Our letter, only if you ask for it: your email address.
• What you send us: messages on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or by email, and reviews you share with us.
• Technical details at checkout: Shopify, which runs our checkout, records the device and browser information needed to keep a checkout secure.

We do not ask for, and do not keep, card or bank details: you pay in cash on delivery.

Why we use it

• To confirm your order with you by telephone, prepare it and deliver it.
• To answer you when you write to us.
• To send you our letter of events, arrivals and offers, only when you have chosen to receive it.
• To keep the records of sale that the law requires.

Your consent

We use your details with your consent, which you give when you place an order or join our letter, and which you may withdraw at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing it does not affect an order already delivered. The box for our letter is never ticked for you.

Who sees it

• Shopify, which keeps our store and checkout. Its servers may be outside Bangladesh; Shopify protects data under its own published privacy commitments.
• Our delivery partner, who receives your name, address and mobile number for your parcel only.
• WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook (Meta), when you choose to write to us there.

No one else. We never sell or rent your details.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep records of sale. Your email stays with our letter until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any letter or by writing to us. Messages are kept only as long as they are useful to answer you.

Your rights

You may ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to have them erased where the law allows. Write to arganibd@gmail.com and we answer within fifteen days.

Your browser

arganibd.com remembers your bag in your own browser, so it is still there when you return. It uses no advertising trackers. Shopify's checkout uses the cookies it needs to work. Any visit statistics we look at are counted without cookies and without identifying you.

Children

ARGANI is for adults. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under eighteen without a parent's or guardian's consent.

Security and changes

Your details travel encrypted and are kept by Shopify's secure systems. If this policy changes, the new version is published here with its date.
