These terms apply to every order placed with ARGANI on arganibd.com and through our checkout. By placing an order you accept them.

Our pieces
Our pieces are natural materials from Morocco. Their colour, scent and texture vary a little from one harvest to the next, and photographs show them as faithfully as we can. Each page states the piece's quantity, its ingredients and how to use it. Read it, and patch test before the first full use.
Prices
Prices are in Bangladeshi taka. The price shown when you confirm is the price you pay, delivery included.
Orders
Your order is placed when you hold the seal, or confirm at checkout, and is accepted once we have confirmed it with you by telephone. If a piece cannot be supplied, we tell you before delivery and you are not charged for it.
Payment
Orders are paid in cash on delivery.
Delivery and returns
Delivery follows our Shipping and Delivery Policy; returns follow our Return Policy. Purchases are not refunded.
Using our pieces
Our pieces are for external use only. Keep them out of the reach of children and away from the eyes unless a page says otherwise. Stop using a piece if your skin reacts. Saharan Kohl is a traditional mineral preparation: read its page before use.
Reviews
Reviews you send us may be published on our site with your first name. We publish them as written, and never invent one.
Our words and images
The texts, photographs, films and the khatem mark on this site belong to ARGANI and may not be used without our written permission.
Responsibility
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, as described. As far as Bangladeshi law allows, we are not responsible for a use of a piece against its guidance.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka hear any dispute. Your rights as a consumer under Bangladeshi law remain yours.
