Shipping and Delivery Policy

ARGANI delivers across Bangladesh. Every order is confirmed with you by telephone before it leaves the house.

When it arrives

Your order leaves the house within two days of being confirmed. In Dhaka it usually arrives within one to three days, and elsewhere in Bangladesh within three to five days. In every case it reaches you within five days in Dhaka and ten days elsewhere, as Bangladeshi digital commerce rules require.

What it costs

Delivery is free for a limited time. When it is not, the charge is shown to you before you confirm your order, and nothing is added afterwards.

Paying

You pay in cash when your order reaches you, after you have seen your parcel. We never ask for payment in advance for a delivered order.

If we cannot reach you

If no one answers when we call to confirm, we try again and send you a WhatsApp message. An order we cannot confirm is not sent.
