Return Policy

Every ARGANI piece leaves the house sealed, and you pay only when it reaches your door.

Returns within seven days

A piece that is unopened, with its seal intact, may be returned within seven days of delivery. Write to us first on WhatsApp at +880 18 1074 2752, and we arrange its return and exchange it for another piece of the house.

Opened pieces

Once a seal is broken, a piece cannot be returned: what you put on your skin must never have been opened by anyone else.

No refunds

ARGANI does not refund purchases. A returned piece is exchanged, never refunded.

What cannot be returned

• Opened pieces, or pieces whose seal is broken
• Pieces bought at a reduced price

Cancelling an order

You may cancel at any time before your order leaves the house, by telephone or WhatsApp, free of charge. As you pay on delivery, nothing is owed for an order cancelled in time.
